    Pasir Ris Maisonette

    Industrial-Scandinavian Fusion for a Warm & Functional Pasir Ris Maisonette

    executive maisonette at Pasir Ris, Design Avenue transformed a dated kitchen into a warm, industrial-Scandinavian heart of the home. The open-concept L-shaped layout now seamlessly connects with the dining zone through a feature pass-through window, framed in matte black metal for visual contrast.
    A full-height backsplash of textured, earthy-toned bricks grounds the space, while open steel-framed shelving introduces functional display without overwhelming the cabinetry. Warm wood finishes, paired with matte black accents and soft ambient lighting, bring balance between industrial grit and cozy minimalism.
